Due to the nature of our products being food items, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect selections.

Please ensure all order details, including product selections and shipping information, are correct before completing your purchase.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at thesweetinventionco@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the situation and work with you to provide a suitable resolution where appropriate.

We are not responsible for:

  • Melted items due to warm weather conditions
